Amigos: how to play

A real-people multiplayer league: everyone drafts on one budget and plays a shared season.

How do Amigos multiplayer leagues work?

You and your friends each draft a squad on the same budget and lock it in; a full home-and-away season is then resolved deterministically, so everyone sees the identical league table. Any empty slots are filled with AI clubs to complete the table.

Do I need an account to play Amigos?

No. You can play as a guest with no sign-up. Registered players additionally earn the in-game Pesos currency and can bet on themselves before a season locks in; guests can play but don't earn or bet.

What league formats are there?

One season (winner takes it), a set number of seasons (top of the final table wins), or forever (it rolls on). Multi-season leagues add prize money, a pre-season and a mid-season transfer window, and player retirements between seasons.

How do transfers and retirements work between seasons?

Your league finish pays prize money into your budget. The pre-season window is a full rebuild (sell up to ten); the mid-season window is lighter (sell up to two). Veterans retire between seasons and you must sign that many replacements; your initial draft is otherwise binding, with no re-rolls.

What are Pesos and how do the bets work?

Pesos (₱) are a free in-game currency for registered players, earned by finishing seasons. Before a season locks you can stake them on your own result for a multiplied payout if it lands: win the league (6×), top three (2.5×), top half (1.5×) or go unbeaten (5×). They have no real-world value.

Step by step

  1. Create a league (pick the budget tier, table size and format) and share the invite link, or join a friend's.
  2. Draft your 22-man squad, choose your formation, eleven and tactics, then lock it in.
  3. The host resolves the season; everyone sees the same shared league table.
  4. In multi-season leagues, use the transfer windows and replace retiring players between campaigns.
