El Niño Games is a collection of free, independent, unofficial fan-made football games for entertainment only.

1 · Not affiliated

Not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any football club, league, competition or governing body. Player and club names and statistics are used descriptively; ratings are our own derived values. No official logos, kits or images are used.

2 · Acceptable use

Play fairly. Don't attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, and don't submit offensive or infringing names to public leaderboards. We may remove entries or restrict access for misuse.

3 · Leaderboards are public

If you publish a result, the name you choose, your club name and your result are publicly visible to other players.

4 · No warranty

Provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and without guarantee that saved data will always be available. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the games. We may change or discontinue them at any time.
