Los Inmortales: how to play

Card duels: collect football's immortals and icons, build a squad of 7, and out-think your opponent in a four-quarter duel.

Step by step

1. Pick a squad of 7 from your collection: exactly one goalkeeper, at most two Inmortales.
2. Set your tactics (mentality, pressing, tempo) and kick off against the ladder.
3. At each of the three quarter breaks, commit ONE action: signature move, substitution, or tactics change.
4. Win on goals, or on Momentum if the score is level. Climb all ten rungs of the ladder.

Tips

• Auras only work on the pitch: an Inmortal on the bench inspires nobody.
• Watch the keyword battle — every keyword has a counter that blunts it (a Destructor dulls a Maestro).
• Two Inmortal centre-forwards halve each other's auras. There is one king.
