Los Inmortales
Card duels: collect football's immortals and icons, build a squad of 7, and out-think your opponent in a four-quarter duel.
Los Inmortales is a collectible football card game built on real history. The collection has three tiers: the Inmortales, legends like Maradona, Pelé, Cruyff and Yashin, each with an aura that lifts their teammates, a once-per-duel signature move, and often a very human flaw; the Iconos, definitive vintages of great real players, and the wider base pool. Some cards genuinely shared a pitch, and the game knows it: real teammates link up.
A duel is five-a-side with two impact subs, played in four quarters. At each break you make one call: play a signature, make a sub, or change your tactics. Matches are resolved by the same deterministic engine that powers the manager games, so a duel is decided by your squad-building and your in-match decisions — never a coin flip. If a duel ends level on goals, Momentum decides the winner: the side that carried the fight takes it.
How to play
- Pick a squad of 7 from your collection: exactly one goalkeeper, at most two Inmortales.
- Set your tactics (mentality, pressing, tempo) and kick off against the ladder.
- At each of the three quarter breaks, commit ONE action: signature move, substitution, or tactics change.
- Win on goals, or on Momentum if the score is level. Climb all ten rungs of the ladder.
Tips
- Auras only work on the pitch: an Inmortal on the bench inspires nobody.
- Watch the keyword battle — every keyword has a counter that blunts it (a Destructor dulls a Maestro).
- Two Inmortal centre-forwards halve each other's auras. There is one king.
